OUR BASIC SERVICE (per visit)
baseboards cleaned by hand.
FIRST TIME CLEANING: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Is the most comprehensive occupied Home Cleaning that we offer and is,
which includes:
All areas mentioned in the above Basic Cleaning Section will cleaned by
hand the first cleaning .. i.e window sills, doors, ceiling fans, light fixtures,
pictures
All furnishings cleaned by hand. (meaning NO LIGHT DUSTING)
All baseboards cleaned (optional 1st cleaning only)
Inter/Exter Window Cleaning (optional)
MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT
FIRST-TIME CLEANING / MINUS FURNITURE
PLUS
CLEAN INSIDE OF FRIG
CLEAN INSIDE OF STOVE
CLEAN INSIDE OF CABINETS

INTER/EXTER WINDOW CLEANING (OPTIONAL)
BATH & KITCHEN ONLY SERVICE
You may schedule to have your bathroom(s) & kitchen cleaned. There is a 2hr mim for this
service. Please see the above sections for Bath & Kitchen, to see area covered in cleaning.
OUR BASIC SERVICE (per visit)
- Dusting Ceiling Fans & Light Fixtures (within reach)
- Dusting / Spot cleaning; doors, frames, door knobs, window sills, light switches,
- Cleaning ALL GLASS including sliding and front door glass (inside only during
cold/bad weather), pictures, mirrors, (outside only of china closets) window over
sink & TV screens. - Systematically dust / clean / polish ALL furnishings and most knick knacks in home,
- Upholstery / lamp shades will be brushed, baseboards dusted monthly.
- (most items are cleaned & replaced in other words we move things to clean)
- Most beds tidied as time permits
- KITCHENS- ALL counters, cabinets/draws, items on counter, stove will be
cleaned / wiped. Front / top (1st cleaning only) of fridge - Microwave cleaned inside & out.
- MOST floors (if floor is too large to clean by hand we will clean entire parameter
by hand & mop the rest) baseboards cleaned by hand. - BATHS- Sinks, showers, tubs scrubbed by hand.
- Cabinets,mirrors/lights over counter cleaned, commode cleaned top to base,
baseboards cleaned by hand.
- All Floors will be Vacuumed or mopped or vacuumed & mopped.
- All Trash collected and placed by kitchen door.

This service is limited to 3 hr or 3hrs + 1 hr for linen change ( up to 4
beds) SERVICE OFFERED:
As this is only a 3-4hr service it is best applied to smaller
subdivision type homes or alternating floors / areas for larger
homes. PLEASE remember as we do not control the conditions &
circumstances under which we work (we have given those options to
you) We are unable to provide absolute guarantees regarding the
amount of and / or quality level of services that can be provide in this
time-frame. We are only able to do the very best we can and we will
do our best! But there are No absolute guarantees.

- Dust :Ceiling fans, baseboard, most furnishings.
- Spot clean: doors, light switch, furnishings,

- Vacuum carpeting, damp mop hard flooring, ( Vac & mop only
for homes with pets) - Dirty linens will be taken to laundry area.
- Trash collected and placed at kitchen door.

The reason I have chosen not to include The Wifey Div.
In our Pro Cleaning Div. Is because "we have no
controls" over the circumstances we may encounter during
the cleaning session.
This division serves clients that have needs that, as we like
to say "take us out of our routine" but still have a
desire the use of our services. For what ever reasons
these clients find the requirements for the PROFESSIONAL
CLEANING DIVISION unworkable for their life style.
