- BODILY INJURY TO MYSELF & MY EMPLOYEES AS A RESULT OF BASIC PERFORMANCE
OF OUR DUTIES WHILE IN YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS.
- ANY DAMAGES TO PROPERTY DEEMED NEGLIGENT (please see definition below)
CAUSED BY US DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF OUR DUTIES WHILE IN YOUR HOME
OR BUSINESS.
- IF THERE IS A CASE OF THEFT.
| PLEASE NOTE: IT WILL NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE THAT OCCURS IN THE DUE COURSE OF BASIC CLEANING. ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE IS NOT CONSIDERED NEGLIGENCE. IT IS CONSIDERED A "BY PRODUCT" OF "HE WHO DOES THE CLEANING DOES THE BREAKING". AND SINCE THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MAY HAPPEN IN THE FULLNESS OF TIME AS "LAW OF AVERAGES" WILL CATCH UP ONE DAY. BEFORE HIRING A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE THAT SPECIALIZES IN "HANDS ON" THOUGH AND DETAIL ORIENTED CLEANING. I ASK THAT YOU FULLY CONSIDER, THE CONDITION OF YOUR HOME, IT'S FURNISHINGS, AND THE ARRANGEMENTS OF SUCH. |
