.OUR BASIC SERVICE ( adapted for professional office space (up to 5 hrs per visit)
- BODY OF HOUSE: Dust ceiling fans & light fixtures(within reach), window sill, baseboards &
chair rails. - Spot cleaning; doors, frames, door knobs, light switches,
- Cleaning ALL GLASS including sliding and front door glass (inside only during cold/bad
weather), pictures, mirrors, (outside only of china closets) window over sink & TV screens. - Systematically dust / clean / polish ALL furnishings and most knick knacks in home, (most
items are cleaned & replaced in other words we move things to clean) - Brush upholstery & lamp shades
- Most beds tidied as time permits
- KITCHENS- Wipe/Clean all counters, cabinets/draws, items on counter, stove, front / top
(1st cleaning only) of fridge, Microwave cleaned inside & out. - MOST floors & baseboards cleaned by hand. (if floor is too large to clean by hand we will
clean entire parameter by hand & mop the remainder) - BATHS- Sinks, showers, tubs scrubbed by hand.
- Cabinets, mirrors/lights over counter cleaned, commode cleaned top to base,
floor & baseboards cleaned by hand.
- All Floors will be Vacuumed or mopped or vacuumed & mopped.
- All Trash collected and placed by kitchen door.
THE ABOVE SERVICES CAN BE EASILY ADAPTED TO SMALL PROFESSIONAL OFFICE SPACES
| As this is only a 4-5 hr service it is best applied to smaller subdivision type homes or alternating floors / areas for larger homes. Services available WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY & MONTHLY. We provide all equipment & cleaning supplies. |
